Return Policy

I am writing our return policy here in a simple and colloquial way.

If you buy an item of our production and when you receive it you realize that you have the wrong size, or that our custom made does not move on your body as you would have liked, you can contact me on whatsapp at my number 3282319069 describing the problem. We want your order to be exactly as you want it, so you can ask for a return/exchange or size adjustment within 14 days of purchase.

RETURN and EXCHANGE: obviously the item must be in the exact same conditions as you received it. We do not accept it if (I'll list the most common cases🧐): it has been washed, if it has stains or if it is shipped with animal hair or shows other signs of use.
Return shipping is at buyer's expense. Please write to me before you send it.

Fixing a CUSTOM-MADE item: contact me on WhatsApp 3282319069, with a description and photo of the problem. We will take care of fixing your item until it makes you feel comfortable♥️

If you are unsure whether our world is for you, I kindly ask you to contact me before purchasing. I will gladly help you choose the size and models. We do not want to put you in "standard" sizes. We strongly believe that every body needs to wear ITS size.
